As the Finance and Corporate Services Manager, Kata acts as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for financial management and reporting, overseeing corporate support, HR management and the development and implementation of ICT systems and infrastructure required to support and position CCACT for future growth.
As the Business Development Manager, Amanda leads the team responsible for the strategic fundraising and marketing direction of the organisation. Through diverse and reliable revenue streams and profits, she ensures funds are raised to support Cancer Council ACT’s work. Amanda also provides leadership and direction on the organisation’s marketing and communications, including media, brand, and digital. Her role is to ensure Cancer Council ACT maintains a visible and engaging presence, so our community understands the important work and services we deliver, and supporters know where their contribution is making a difference.
As the Client Services Manager, Sam is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Client Services Team. Working with the Client Services Team, she engages with clients, regional medical and allied health professionals, other staff, volunteers and community members. To improve community awareness of current supports and services, while also investigating and implementing new priorities where possible.
Jodi is responsible for planning and delivering key fundraising and event campaigns that inspire the ACT community to participate and take action. This includes, but is not limited to, iconic campaigns such as Relay For Life, Daffodil Day and Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. Jodi works with our community and fundraising supporters to ensure Cancer Council ACT can continue its important work.
Nikki engages with the ACT community to promote lifestyle changes to stop cancer before it starts, which is the most effective way to create our vision of a cancer free future.
Kassandra is the first point of contact for visitors to the office and is in charge of the Cancer Council ACT phone line and emails. In addition to her administrative duties, she is also the lead coordinator of the ENRICHing Survivorship Program and oversees the Cancer Council ACT Wig Service.
Kathlene is making the world of those experiencing cancer a better place by providing community support through our 13 11 20 Information and Support Line and community outreach programs.
Supporting the Business Development Team, Jess works collaboratively to assist in activities to deliver key fundraising and marketing campaigns. Jess also assists in developing a wide range of communications including social media content, website updates, eDMs and Cancer Council ACT’s electronic newsletter. Being the first point of call for our community fundraisers, Jess also leads our Do It For Cancer platform, and is always willing and able to help!
