Cancer & COVID-19 podcast – an informative series for those affected by cancer during the pandemic

Cancer and Covid 19

Cancer patients undergoing cancer treatment, cancer survivors and their families and friends may have questions in relation to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and what it means for you. Should you delay tests and treatment? How can you still get support from those around you? And where can you turn if you need more information or support?

Cancer Council NSW’s Cancer & COVID-19 podcast series details important information and resources for those affected by cancer during the pandemic.

It features discussions with Cancer Council’s support and information health professionals around coping with cancer and isolation during COVID-19, telehealth for cancer and how the pandemic has affected cancer treatment, with information on what has changed and how you can stay safe.

You can listen to health professionals discuss these questions on Cancer Council NSW’s website as all three episodes are now available for streaming and for download from various podcasting apps.
