Advance Care Planning Online Education Session

Advance care planning is an important part of routine health care. It helps to ensure that your loved ones and your doctors know what your health and personal preferences really are. That can give everyone some peace of mind.

 Join Cancer Council ACT for an online education session with ACT Health’s Advance Care Planning team. During the session you will learn about what advance care planning is, why it is important, the benefits, what is involved and who can help you to set it up.

 The session is open to anyone affected by cancer, their families and friends. It will be conducted as an online video conference so you can join via your computer, tablet or smart phone however there is an option to phone into the session if you aren’t able to access internet. You will require computer speakers to be able to listen to the presentation.
