It is recommended that the Director, or equivalent, completes and submits this online form.

Once again it will be a bipartisan event as Members of both sides of the Legislative Assembly join forces to remember a true Statesman and raise funds this year for the Cancer Council ACT.

Kane was just 12 when he was diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma. Kane was a good-hearted, normal Aussie kid. He loved cricket, playing computer games and hanging out with his little cousins.
