A Will to fight cancer… a way to give beyond your lifetime.
Where there’s a Will, there’s a way to fight cancer. Cancer will touch our lives in some way. One in two will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and the monthly figure for total cancers deaths in Australia is 3570.
After you’ve taken care of your loved ones, you may also wish to leave a gift to Cancer Council ACT to help find a cure. Leaving a bequest in your Will, as little as 1% of your estate, can make a serious difference and will help reduce the incidence and impact of cancer in the ACT, and will bring hope for a cancer free future.
Your gift will enable us to continue our ongoing efforts into:
- research for cures and better treatments
- support and information for cancer patients and their carers
- cancer prevention initiatives
- working in the community supporting cancer patients
