The Critics' Choice 2020

Critics Choice 2020

Attention Canberra Teachers

Attention Year 5 to 10 teachers! Critics' Choice is back for 2020, commencing Term 4. Now is the time to have a conversation with your students about the harms of smoking.

This year's Critics' Choice program will feature a new selection of anti-smoking advertisements from around the world, as well as updated teacher resources and activities. Critics' Choice is suitable for Canberra students from years 5 to 10. The program aligns with the Australian Curriculum: Health and Physical Education for Years 5 to 10.

Critics Choice Bubble Wrap

Critics' Choice offers a fantastic opportunity for Canberra teachers to  engage with their students not only about the harmful effects of smoking but also to challenge what type of media advertisements students think are the most effective or persuasive when it comes to encouraging smokers to quit!
